Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Setia Alam

Industry: E-commerce & Trading (Rotation shift hours and work from home)

Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma
• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service (Telemarketing)
• Mandarin speaker (Liaising with China-based clients)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
• Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Update customer information in the database.
