Jaywin Holding Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information and support promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide clear answers related to products and policies.
- Assist customers with website navigation.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills required.
