Our company is leading the transformation of the mobility industry in Singapore. We manage one of Singapore’s largest car fleets and have expanded our services to include personal and corporate leasing, purchasing, and financing.

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional after-sales support to our drivers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for drivers’ requests and concerns.
• Follow up with drivers for feedback and experience checks.
• Identify re-contract opportunities and upsell services.
• Build strong relationships with our drivers.
• Keep customers informed about promotions and products.

Requirement:

• 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role.
• Passion for helping and interacting with people.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.

Salary: Up to RM10,00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday
