Deskripsi Kerja
MKM Ticketing Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries about Hajj and Umrah services. Key responsibilities include providing information on packages and pricing, resolving complaints, aiding in registration processes, and ensuring documentation is complete. Strong communication skills in Malay are essential, and basic English is an advantage. Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, as well as basic computer skills.
This is a full-time position with a contract length of 6 months. Benefits include health insurance, maternity leave, and opportunities for promotion.
