Deskripsi Kerja
NCS Global Technology is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support Service Desk functions, including Marketing and Channel support, Learning Management System, and Contract Administration.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with requests from external and internal customers regarding portal engagement, order shipment issues, and training account issues. Exceptional customer service is a must!
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or diploma, customer service experience, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Job Types: Full-time, Contract. Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month.
