Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM3,100.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Resolve customer queries at first contact where possible.
- Communicate with service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Achieve individual targets while maintaining quality.
- Strive to exceed productivity KPIs.
