Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp
- Input and manage customer data accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to a primarily Malay-speaking customer base
Working Details:
- Schedule: 5.5 days a week (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Location: Bayan Baru, Penang
Pay: RM1,900.00 – RM2,100.00 per month
