Deskripsi Kerja
Safeguard G4S Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Creating and monitoring FLM tickets through MBB Flm or email.
- Handling customer calls and providing feedback on FLM ETA.
- Monitoring and updating MBB EEST for FLM.
- Resolving pending FLM tickets in IMS.
- Monitoring and updating CIMB and AMBANK in PVIM/MCS for FLM.
Gross pay ranges from RM2,200.00 to RM2,600.00/month, including basic pay.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for promotion.
