Deskripsi Kerja
Sperton Malaysia is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You will handle inbound communications from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to Grab services, payments, and orders.
Requirements: Proficiency in English (spoken and written), open to SPM leavers and fresh graduates; full training provided.
Salary Package: Up to RM2,800 per month, including allowances. Rotational shifts, 9 hours daily, with 1 day off weekly.
