Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Sperton Malaysia
Job Scope:
- Attend to inbound calls, live chats, and emails.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback accurately and promptly.
- Assist with cable subscriptions, TV plans, device issues, and monthly payments.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback effectively.
Requirements: Energetic candidates with excellent English communication skills are preferred. Fresh graduates and Malaysian citizens are encouraged to apply. No experience is needed as training will be provided.
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month, with additional benefits.
Schedule: Rotational shifts available.
