Deskripsi Kerja
Language Requirement: Prefer Mandarin speaking
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Malay
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Resistant to stress and able to work under pressure
- Able to start work immediately is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally
- Assist clients in scheduling consultations with designers
- Collaborate with designers to convey client needs accurately
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 – RM7,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
