Deskripsi Kerja
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the customer database for accuracy.
- Develop strategies for customer engagement and retention.
- Provide reports on customer behavior and improvement suggestions.
- Handle customer communications via various platforms.
- Resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support sales and marketing with customer insights.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in CRM, excellent communication skills, data analysis ability, patient, and F&B interest is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00/month
