Deskripsi Kerja
IMPORTANT: Must be able to work at Jalan Kebun, Shah Alam.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Process orders and keep records of interactions.
- Manage a team of junior representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Calm under pressure and computer literate.
- 1 year experience in customer support preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Starting from RM1,700/month
