Job Description:
- Monitor CCTV for all Lecshine outlets and franchise customers.
- Respond to customer messages via WhatsApp and Messenger.
- Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
- Provide support for inquiries related to products and services.
- Deliver quick support tickets and follow up on issues.
- Reset and restart software using Teamviewer.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
Schedule: Afternoon, Evening, Night shifts
