The KOL Academy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our students. Responsibilities include assisting members, reminding students about classes, and managing event logistics. You will handle client subscriptions and billing inquiries. The ideal candidate should be friendly and organized.
Requirements: Maximum age 39, available on weekends, own a laptop, and fluent in English or Malay. Experience in a related field is a plus.
