Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist our customers by providing product information and resolving issues via WhatsApp and Instagram.
Your role will include attracting potential customers by answering product inquiries and suggesting additional products, as well as following up with leads.
You will also update our marketplace and website with new products and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience.
This is a full-time position offering a salary range of RM1,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month, with benefits such as free parking, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
Schedule: Day shift. Language preference: Bahasa.
