Deskripsi Kerja
West Coast Expressway Sdn Bhd is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (Toll Collectors). Applicants must be Malaysian citizens, possess at least an SPM qualification, and be willing to work shifts (06:00, 14:00, 22:00).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing courteous and efficient service to highway users.
- Ensuring smooth lane operations.
- Reporting incidents to the on-duty Toll Supervisor.
- Counting and submitting toll collections at the end of each shift.
Job location: Plaza Tol Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
