Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide invoices based on received orders.
- Review and organize sales documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Invoices.
- Update customer information and orders in the internal system.
- Manage customer inquiries via WhatsApp/email (no calls).
- Ensure all documents are complete for product delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
- No experience necessary – training provided.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM1,700 – RM2,300/month
