Deskripsi Kerja
Vasma Enterprise SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will:
- Manage inbound customer calls promptly, collaborating with phone banking and sales as needed.
- Assist customers in signing up for I-Banking services.
- Utilize IVR to route calls when applicable.
- Maintain updated contact records efficiently.
- Identify financial needs during service calls and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance in sales pitches, avoiding mis-selling.
Requirements: A graduate with 2+ years of experience or fresh graduates with strong communication skills in English.
Pay: From RM4,500.00/month with flexible schedules and attractive benefits.
