Deskripsi Kerja

Join our dynamic team at Yang Mau Sien Trading as a Customer Service Representative! Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries regarding online shopping on platforms like Shopee and Lazada, addressing customer calls, and resolving their needs to ensure satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, effective time management, and a willingness to learn. Experience is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.

Salary ranges from RM2,500.00 to RM7,00.00 monthly, with benefits including annual leave and medical coverage.
