Deskripsi Kerja
Join My E.G. Services Berhad as a Customer Service representative! Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers to explain the benefits and advantages of renewing their car/motor insurance with MyEG.
- Persuading customers to purchase by detailing how MyEG’s insurance services meet their needs.
- Providing and sending vehicle insurance quotes to customers via email.
- Responding to incoming calls and handling customer emails with care.
Qualifications include SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field, computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Training will be provided.
Job Types: Permanent, Contract (6 months)
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00/month
