Runto Marketing Sdn Bhd is looking for a Customer Service Representative! Your main responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing information about our financial products, assisting with payment issues, and maintaining customer records.
We welcome candidates with a diploma or degree (fresh graduates encouraged), strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, and basic computer skills. A friendly and patient demeanor is essential in this fast-paced environment.
