Deskripsi Kerja
Join Carson Technology SDN BHD as a Customer Service Specialist! Your key responsibilities will include evaluating daily performance to enhance service plans, gathering customer data, and protecting user rights while maintaining our service reputation.
Stay updated on market trends, analyze issues based on industry characteristics, and continuously optimize our products. You will also be responsible for uploading and implementing changes to company systems and processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, and Fresh Graduates are welcome. Contract length is 12 months.
Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month.
Schedule: Day shift, Night shift.
Supplemental Pay includes overtime pay and performance bonuses.
