Deskripsi Kerja
ETERNAL MATERIALS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist. Responsibilities include managing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and handling various order transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, update customers on order status, and manage documentation such as customer orders and invoices.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month.
