We, SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a leading BPO and Technology Solutions provider in PJ, Selangor, are excited to announce openings for the position of Customer Service Specialist at Damansara City Mall. Join our rapidly expanding team and provide exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, and managing customer accounts. A diploma and at least one year of experience are preferred. We seek quick learners with a customer-centric mindset.
This full-time position offers a basic salary of RM300, KPI allowances, and various benefits.
