Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
- Provide service and support for customer inquiries and complaints
- Process customer orders and assist with administration
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
