Join us as a Customer Service Team Lead! Manage our local customer service team, resolve escalations, and enhance service workflows. Collaborate with logistics, admin, and warehouse teams to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the customer service team
• Handle inquiries across various platforms
• Monitor service KPIs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in customer service, 1-2 years in a leadership role
• E-commerce experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
