Deskripsi Kerja
Hy-Line Energy Limited is searching for a highly motivated Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic Reservation and Ticketing Team. You will manage a team of 10 to 15 full-time employees and handle 90% of inbound inquiries primarily through phone, email, and chat.
Key responsibilities include training agents, improving processes, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, experience with GDS systems, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM10,00.00 – RM13,00.00 per month
