VELOX CMS SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer complaints, provide suitable solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Candidates must have basic computer knowledge, time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Available shifts: day and night. Male and female Malaysian candidates are encouraged to apply. Minimum education requirement is SPM. Salary ranges from RM 1,700 to RM 2,300 per month, with shift allowance and overtime pay.
