Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
- Follow up with customers as directed by the seller team.
- Coordinate with the seller department on necessary documents for timely registration.
- Ensure smooth handover of new and registered customers to the next department.
- Make follow-up calls to minimize customer fallouts.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Malay and English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in a call center is a plus.
- Open to fresh graduates with diploma/degree.
- Must work in Menara Southpoint (Bangsar) and travel if required.
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00/month.
