Deskripsi Kerja

KINTETSU WORLD EXPRESS is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Coordinator to manage bookings, inquiries, and complaints related to airfreight shipments. This role involves ensuring the smooth handling of customer consignments, accurate data entry, and proper documentation.

We require candidates with a diploma in any discipline and at least two years of relevant experience in forwarding and logistics. Proficiency in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Candidates must be willing to work in Sepang and have the ability to perform overtime as needed.

This is a full-time contract position with a salary range of RM2,00.00 to RM3,200.00 per month, with opportunities for promotion and professional development.
