Deskripsi Kerja
CARGOLIFT ASIA LINES SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Executive to manage our freight forwarding operations. Key responsibilities include identifying business requirements, coordinating import and export shipments, preparing permit declarations, and ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly. You will also provide pre-and post-sales support, manage client invoicing, and handle insurance purchases and claims.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Benefits include maternity leave, promotion opportunities, and professional development with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Expected start date is 11/20/2024.
