Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls
- Identify customer needs and build relationships
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints
- Maintain records and follow company policies
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- High school diploma (or higher) preferred
