Deskripsi Kerja

We are TM MOTOWORLD SDN BHD, an award-winning motorcycle dealership with three branches across Peninsular Malaysia, established in the 1980s. We are expanding our team and are seeking a Customer Success Advisor to support our growth.

Location: Kapar

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm

Salary: RM 200-RM2200

Your Role:

• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers.
• Conduct CRM and telemarketing sales.
• Address customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Support marketing events.

We’re Looking For: Age 21-30, active listeners, with 1+ year in telemarketing/customer service, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
