Deskripsi Kerja

TRAPO MARKETING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Customer Success Executive (Contract) to join our team at our Taman Melaka Raya location. This 3-month contract role will run from October 2025 to January 2026, with a typical work schedule of 5 days a week and 2 rotating off-days.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will handle customer inquiries, manage order progress, and ensure customer satisfaction for our online platforms in Malaysia and Singapore. Proficiency in Malay and English is required.

Fresh graduates and candidates with related experience are encouraged to apply!
