Deskripsi Kerja
Concentrix is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for our team in India. In this role, you will support our existing customer base, fostering strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high volume of customer communications via phone and email.
- Conducting regular health checks to assess product satisfaction.
- Documenting customer feedback and tracking measurements.
- Collaborating with teams to enhance the customer experience.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
