Deskripsi Kerja

The Customer Success Specialist at Concentrix plays a vital role in supporting our existing customer base. This position is responsible for building strong customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle while ensuring satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email.
• Conduct regular health checks to assess product satisfaction.
• Develop strong product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns.
