Deskripsi Kerja

Join HiredSearch as a Customer Success Specialist! You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email. Your responsibilities include supporting online orders, processing payments securely, and continuously improving through training.

Working hours are rotational (Mon-Sun), and the location is Kelana Point Centre, PJ, near Glenmarie LRT station. Candidates must have at least a diploma and 6 months of customer support experience. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

We offer a competitive salary of RM3,500.00 – RM5,500.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, and bonuses.
