Deskripsi Kerja

In this role, you will provide real-time customer support across various channels for L1 and L2 inquiries. You will assist customers with the Bank’s mobile application, escalate issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance service initiatives. We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Contact Centre within financial services, strong customer focus, and proficiency in required languages.

We offer a pay range of RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance, promotion opportunities, and professional development. This position may require flexible shifts, including weekends. Work Location: In person.
