Deskripsi Kerja
Company: Talreso Consultancy & Advisory Sdn. Bhd.
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of Customer Support Agent. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining customer records. This role offers a basic salary of RM2500, with additional KPI & Attendance Allowance up to RM100, totaling between RM2500 to RM3500 monthly.
Requirements: Minimum SPM, fresh graduates are welcome, and prior call center experience is a plus. Full training provided.
Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, easily accessible via LRT.
Working Hours: No night shifts; shifts from 10AM to 8PM.
