Deskripsi Kerja

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Analyst to join our team at MyValiant. In this role, you will provide first-level investigation and escalate issues as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.

You should have at least 2 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in a Customer Service or Contact Center role within banking or finance. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work weekends.

This is a 12-month contract position with a monthly salary ranging from RM4,00.00 to RM6,00.00.
