Deskripsi Kerja

MyValiant is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support and Operations Associate. This role is essential for ensuring smooth execution of backend processes such as credit applications, KYC/KYB checks, disbursement, and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process loan applications accurately.
• Execute loan disbursements and repayments.
• Monitor repayment schedules and address discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries about loan servicing.

Job Type: Contract (12 months)

Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
