Deskripsi Kerja

Join Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd as a Customer Support Assistant! Your responsibilities include attending to walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and maintaining customer accounts. Provide after-sales support and assist with branch operations.

Requirements: Minimum SPM or Diploma, fresh graduates welcome. Basic MS Office skills required; experience in remittance or money changing is a plus. Location: Komtar V2 Branch, Penang.

This is a full-time/contract position with a starting salary of RM1,700.00 per month, including healthcare and insurance benefits.
