Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd. Your responsibilities will include assisting walk-in customers, handling phone inquiries, managing customer accounts, and performing transactions according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Qualifications include at least an SPM or Diploma, being computer literate, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in remittance or money changing is a plus.
This full-time position is located at our Tanjung Pelepas Branch with a starting salary of RM1,700.00 per month.
