Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include adhering to customer service policies, assisting walk-in customers and phone inquiries, and maintaining customer accounts.
The ideal candidate should have at least SPM or a diploma, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and availability to work on weekends or public holidays. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
