Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd. You will handle walk-in customers and phone inquiries, maintain customer accounts, perform transactions, and provide after-sales support. Assistance with branch operations and administrative tasks is also required.
Requirements: Minimum SPM or Diploma, fresh graduates encouraged. Basic MS Office skills are required; experience in remittance or money changing is a plus. Position is based at our Kuala Lumpur Main Branch.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: From RM1,700.00/month
