Deskripsi Kerja
Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team at the Kuala Lumpur Main Branch. The successful candidate will attend to walk-in customers and phone inquiries, maintain customer accounts, and provide exceptional after-sales service.
Requirements: Minimum SPM or Diploma, basic computer literacy. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in remittance or money changing is an advantage. Full-time position with a starting salary of RM1,700.00 per month.
