Deskripsi Kerja
Join our dynamic team at Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd as a Customer Support Assistant. You will handle walk-in customers and phone inquiries while assisting with account openings and maintenance. Exceptional after-sales customer service is essential.
We seek candidates with at least an SPM or a Diploma, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Basic MS Office knowledge is required; remittance or money changing experience is a plus. Willingness to work at our Pasir Gudang Branch is a must.
