Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule customer orders to the appropriate department.
- Handle customer shipment-received Purchase Orders.
- Prepare monthly forecast and weekly reschedule reports.
- Address all incoming customer queries and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain customer files and databases.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,800.00 – RM3,800.00 per month
