Deskripsi Kerja

JPS Fashions (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will resolve customer inquiries, recommend solutions, and assist shoppers on our E-Commerce platforms. Clerical tasks will also be required.

Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries, provide feedback, analyze customer needs, and manage order returns.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,400.00 – RM3,200.00/month

Experience: 1 year in E-commerce Customer Services (Required)
