Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative fluent in Mandarin to join our IT Consulting Company. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your duties will involve addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and collaborating with teams to enhance the overall customer experience. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a voice channel within the Telco industry is required.

This is a permanent position with a monthly salary of RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00. The work schedule includes Monday to Friday with rotational shifts and weekend duties.
